Doula Practice

I'm a mother & full spectrum doula offering prenatal support, labor/birth support, hospital birth support, cesarean support, homebirth support, postpartum support, miscarriage support, grief/loss support, and abortion support. Some of the practices that I can integrate into my practice as a doula are: energy work/reiki, drum sound healing, meals/nutrition support, yoga/movement, & steams. I'm very passionate about working with my 2SLGBTQIA+ & TGNC communities. Also, as someone who was a pregnant teen mom, I'm passionate about working with youth. Some additional populations served are: People with Chronic Disease, Religious/Spiritual Communities, Survivors of Violence/Trauma, Individuals with eating disorder(s) or related symptoms, and Substance Use/People in Recovery. My services are available in both San Diego County & Orange County. I completed a 6 month full spectrum doula training, and I am Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certified.
